My friend Lauren and I took Nate to our local water park,
Splashdown, and had such a great time! I actually worked there as a teenager, so it's definitely in my history. Nate had never been to a real pool before, much less a water park, so seeing him explore the different things around him was so cute to watch. Surprisingly, he stuck with his Momma and wanted to hold my hand or be held at all times. I know that this is simply because it was a new place, but I thought it was adorable.
I love that Nate loves water. He did really well in wanting to play in the kiddie area and go down all of the slides. Once we got to deeper water, he wasn't very comfortable in his life jacket, but did great.
Here are a few pictures of him from today...I'm so thankful that I didn't accidentally drop my phone in the pool!
